PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating device that is reduced in cost by improving the durability of liquid injection control valves, and regulating a liquid quantity stepwise and reducing a total quantity. SOLUTION: The refrigerating device connects a first and a second compressor 3A and 3B to refrigerant pipes connecting a condenser 6, a receiver 8, a decompressor, an evaporator and the like in sequence, has a first and a second injection refrigerant takeoff pipe 13A and 13B for supplying a condensed liquid refrigerant from the receiver 8 to the respective compressors, and interposes the liquid injection control valves 15A and 15B in the respective first and second injection refrigerant takeoff pipes 13A and 13B to control the flow rate of the liquid refrigerant. Downstream of the liquid injection control valves 15A and 15B, an auxiliary injection pipe 30 is connected so as to bring the injection refrigerant takeoff pipes 13A and 13B in intercommunication.
