PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial flower having high light displaying performance. SOLUTION: This illuminant artificial flower 1 is equipped with a stem part 3, a flower part 2 attached to the stem part 3 and a leaf part 4. In the artificial flower 1, the flower part 2 has a LED lamp 21 and a petal 22 covering the LED lamp 21 and a luminescent LED lamp 44 different from the LED lamp 21 is provided between the step part 3 and the leaf part 4. The refractive state of the petal 22 can be changed by changing a film thickness of the petal 22. The petal 22 or the leaf part 4 forms an external shape by a fine wire 25 or 42 and a resin thin film is arranged in an area enclosed by the fine wire and a light-scattering material is arranged on the surface.
