<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise tool which removes a lower back pain in seconds and safely keeps health though its structure is simple. <P>SOLUTION: Hanging rings (4) and (5) are fixed to both of the right and left sides of main body (3) of a proper-length having a front surface (1) and a rear surface (2) each of an optional width with fixing tools (6) and (7).
