PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for storage, and ensure angle adjustment. SOLUTION: In a state that one end of the base 8 of a ball putting-out nozzle 4 is mounted to a ball putting-out opening portion 3 by external engagement, a third bearing hole 13 is fitted into a shaft 6 by external fitting, and the ball putting-out nozzle 4 rotates downward by its own weight around the fitting portion between the third bearing hole 13 and the shaft 6, a nozzle side stopper 14 and an opening side stopper 7 butt against each other, the angleθ1 of the ball putting-out nozzle 4 with respect to a ball lending machine body 2 becomes smallest and the height of the tip 9 of the ball putting-out nozzle 4 becomes highest as shown by a solid line. When a first bearing hole 11 is fitted into the shaft 6, the ball putting-out nozzle 4 rotates downward by its own weight around the fitting portion between the first bearing hole 11 and the shaft 6, the nozzle side stopper 14 and the opening side stopper 7 butt against each other, the angleθ2 of the ball putting-out nozzle 4 with respect to the ball lending machine body 2 becomes largest and the height of the tip 9 of the ball putting-out nozzle 4 becomes lowest as shown by a virtual line.
