PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent steam barrier film having a steam barrier capacity higher than before. SOLUTION: The transparent steam barrier film is constituted by successively laminating an SiOxNy (1<x<2, 0≤y≤1.3) layer (1), an inorganic substance layer (2) different from the layer (1) and an SiOxNy (1<x<2, 0≤y≤1.3) layer (3) on a resin substrate material.
