<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for production of a formed solid material such as a roux cube by easily and mechanically removing from a mold. <P>SOLUTION: This equipment for production of the formed solid material is that molding and solidifying a molten material in a flexible forming container having a bottom wall and surrounding walls, conveying the container containing the molded/solidified material, removing the solid material from the container without reversing the container, and then conveying the material to a step picking up the solid material from the container, and the container is mechanically supported and pressed at predetermined parts of the container from either one or both sides in the vertical direction to deform the container and then the solid material is picked up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
