PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide operation table with a high loading capacity and also a high precision of the movement. SOLUTION: This guide operation table with superior loading capacity is so formed that a groove part for receiving a load is formed in an intermediate bottom part of a U-shaped guide structure 1, groove parts corresponding to parts corresponding to the groove parts of the U-shaped guide structure 1 in the lower part of a loading table 2 are formed in both-side inner walls disposed in the U-shaped guide structure 1 of the load table 2, and rollers are disposed in the groove parts and mutually slid by a considerably low frictional resistance between the loading table 2 and the U-shaped guide structure by the rolling of the rollers.
