SUPER ABSORBING POLYMER CONTAINING BODIES, PROCESS FOR THEIRMANUFACTURE AND THEIR USE

Disclosed are super absorbent polymer-containing bodies which include sup er absorbent polymers bound to polymer fibers, whereby the super absorbent polymers are at least partly present as microporous, open-porous foam. The bodies are used for the manufacture of diapers, feminine napkins, tampons and other articles of hygiene and result in a lower stiffness of those articles.
