MICROGENERATOR FOR MICROSYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microgenerator capable of providing large currents and voltages as compared with conventional microgenerators for microsystems.

SOLUTION: The microgenerator for a microsystem includes a housing; a heating means formed in the housing; a cooling means formed in a position opposite to the heating means in the housing; a heat transfer part located between the heating means and the cooling means and including a first face opposite to the heating means and a second face opposite to the cooling means; a support member supporting the heat transfer part from the outside and deformed between a first position where the heat transfer part adjoins to the heating means and a second position where the heat transfer part adjoins to the cooling means, so that the support member separates the housing and the heat transfer part into a first space closed to the heating means and a second space located at the cooling means; first and second fluids packed respectively into the first and second spaces; and a generating means for generating electricity through the deforming action of the support member.
