<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recorder which can carry out an information recording process highly accurately in a short time to a recording display medium to which information is recorded by application of light. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus carries out the information recording process to the recording display medium to which information is recorded through application of light. The apparatus is provided with a light source for radiating light of at least one kind of infrared rays, visible lights and ultraviolet rays, and a reflecting mirror device. The reflecting mirror device has a reflecting mirror group comprising a plurality of minute reflecting mirrors arranged in either an array form or a matrix form and is configured to form a light image pattern by making a reflection direction of light from the light source which is brought into each of minute reflecting mirrors in the reflecting mirror group controlled separately for each minute reflecting mirror.
