<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish meat paste product contained in a closely sealed container, having rich calcium to reinforce nutrition, having a smooth eat feeling and easy to eat, and also distributed in normal temperature. <P>SOLUTION: This fish meat paste product obtained by grinding the fish meat added with salt and fish bones retort-treated in advance as necessary, adding sub raw materials such as a seasoning material, and the like, forming the mixture, and heat coagulating by a method of steaming, boiling, or the like, is put into a metal can or a synthetic resin packing container having heat-resistance and retort-sterilized. The retort sterilization condition is different for each of the products, but selected appropriately at 105-135°C temperature, preferably 110-120°C for 30-120 min range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
