PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a long total body length to disable the manufacture of a small-sized sulky rice transplanter provided with a fertilizing apparatus and the poor maneuverability on a field in a conventional riding type seedling planter having an operator's seat on the body furnished with front wheels and rear wheels and a fertilizer hopper and a delivery part of the fertilizing apparatus at the back of the seat owing to the presence of the fertilizer hopper and the delivery part at the back of the seat. SOLUTION: The riding type seedling planter having a fertilizing apparatus is provided with front wheels 10 and rear wheels 11 under the mobile body 2, the operator's seat 31 on the body and the seedling planting apparatus 4 and the fertilizing apparatus 5 on the mobile body 2.
