PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining method and device that facilitate reduction in machining labor, time and also manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A material tape 3 is introduced into a press machine 2 by an introducing and winding actuator 21; the press machine is provided with continuous press forming dies 22; the material tape is moved along the lower die 23 of the press forming dies by an introducing device; punching is performed so that an intermediate hole part is formed by the upper die 24; also, peripheral appearance forming and hole diameter expanding/drawing/forming are carried out; after the lapse of one periodic interval, the material tape is cut by the upper die of the press forming dies; a plunger 26 is moved downward to perform cutting of an end part; a flaky fin formed concurrently with the cutting is force-fitted into a connecting member; and a stepping device makes the plunger conjoin the flaky fins to be successively piled on the connecting member, with the connecting member arranged in the introducing actuator and successively fed into the positioning device 4 for the connecting member, under the automatic forming structure.
