PUNCHING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching method by which an important dimension hole is not deformed under influence of lateral side force of punching when punching an outer diameter shape including the important dimension hole punched in a previous process in the next process. SOLUTION: Accessory holes 9 are punched in a first process from an iron plate 8 such as a silicon steel plate. The important dimension hole 10 is punched in a second process. An outer diameter shape 11 of a motor core is punched in its shape in a third process. The accessory holes 9 are located at the opposite side of the important dimension hole 10 inside the center of the outer diameter shape 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
