PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone type filter apparatus capable of removing and extinguishing bubbles generated in a clean liquid by improving the structure in a cyclone without using a defoaming agent or a defoaming tank and improving a work environment. SOLUTION: The cyclone type filter apparatus comprises a cyclone body 1 having a cylindrical part 2 and a conical part 3 and having a foreign matter discharge port 4 in the lower end thereof, a dirty liquid introducing pipe 5 for introducing a dirty liquid into the cyclone body 1 so as to generate a revolving stream, a flooding rising pipe 7 arranged in the axial central part of the swirl to extend up and down, a partition wall 6 permitting the upper end of the flooding rising pipe 7 to communicate and demarcating the cyclone body 1 up and down and the clean liquid discharge pipe 8 connected to the cyclone main body 1 above the partition wall 6 to discharge the clean liquid flooding from the flooding rising pipe 7 to the outside of the cyclone body 1. A liquid reservoir part 9 is formed in the upper part of the partition wall 6 and a gas- liquid separation pipe 10 connected to the flooding rising pipe 7 and having liquid passing parts 10a in the periphery thereof is provided in the liquid reservoir part 9.
