PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting method which enables efficient sorting and recovery of a resin carbide and metal powder from a mixture of a resin and the metal powder. SOLUTION: In this sorting method, the mixture of the resin and the metal powder is sorted and recovered, therein, the resin carbide and the metal powder are charged to vibration plates which are disposed at prescribed inclination angles and, at the same time, ultrasonic vibrations are applied to the vibration plates.
