PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain smooth connection to an electrode of an ultrasonic transducer while making the constitution of the connection part compact and shortening the length of a hardened part caused by soldering by composing the shielding wires of a coaxial cable of long electrode connecting fine wires and short non- connecting fine wires. SOLUTION: An insulated conductor 31 of a coaxial cable 30 is soldered to the electrode 35a of the ultrasonic transducer 35, and a shielding wire 32 is soldered to the electrode 35b on the other side. The shielding wires 32 composed of a large number of conductor fine wires 36 differ in tip part length, and long conductor fine wires are electrode connecting fine wires 36a soldered to the electrode 35b of the ultrasonic transducer 35, while short conductor fine wires have length up to the end position of an outer insulating tube 34 or up to a slightly led-out position. Only the non-connecting fine wires 36b are positioned in a first region Z1, and the electrode connecting fine wires 36a are arranged to be mixed with the non-connecting fine wires 36b in a second region Z2.
