PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breaking of machinery by releasing a load even if there is a little instruction mistake in a work delivery position or a core deviation in the delivery due to other factors, and to perform the preventing action in a short period of time. SOLUTION: This loader control device is provided with a position control means 23 controlling a loader chuck 14 to move in the work delivery position P and load detecting means 29-31 detecting the load applying to the loader shaft moving means 15. This loader control device 20 is provided with loader protecting means 25. The loader protecting means 25 determines the load with the work W restricted by both of the loader chuck 14 and the work holding means 2. When the load of an over determination set value or more t1 is detected, the loader chuck 14 is moved in the direction of eliminating the load. At a time when the load lowers from the tolerance determination set value t2, the movement of the loader chuck 14 is stopped. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
