This loader control device 20 is provided with loader protecting means 25. The loader protecting means 25 determines the load with the work W restricted by both of the loader chuck 14 and the work holding means 2. When the load of an over determination set value or more t1 is detected, the loader chuck 14 is moved in the direction of eliminating the load.
