摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a functioning load of an electromotive stapler. SOLUTION: A clincher driving mechanism is composed of a feed screw mechanism by a gear 16 and a screw shaft 18, fitted to a tip part of the screw shaft by forming a screw hole to a clincher pusher 25, and grounding sensor 42 and a clinching sensor 43 are fitted to a clinching mechanism part. When the gear is normally driven, the whole clinching mechanism part supporting the screw shaft descends to push paper on a table, a slider 35 ascends to make the grounding sensor on and a clincher driving motor is stopped. After shooting out a staple with a driver, the clincher driving motor starts, the screw shaft is rotated integrally with the gear and a clincher pusher 25 descends. The clincher pusher pushes a clincher 30 to bend a leg part of the staple. When the clincher sensor is turned on, the clincher driving motor is reversely rotated and the clinching mechanism part rises to an initial position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
