PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for preventing a wrinkle in a press forming die which does not need a die decomposition for replacing a gas cushion, makes it possible to control a pressure for preventing a wrinkle when press work is performed, is easy in controlling, has simple structure, is inexpensive, and improves in labor saving and serviceability. SOLUTION: Regarding a pressure control mechanism 10 for preventing a wrinkle, when a hydraulic cylinder 22 is driven and a piston 22a is projected leftward, a wedge pin 21 connected at a front edge of the piston 22a moves leftward. The wedge pin 21 is pressed in wedge-shape between an inclined plate 20 and a fixed plate 15. By pressing up the inclined plate 20 upward, a gas cushion 19 placed on the inclined plate 20 are compressed, and a cushion pressure which is give on a wrinkle control plate 18 increases. To the contrary, when the wedge pin 21 moves rightward, the inclined plate 20 will moves downward, the gas cushion 19 elongates, and the cushion pressure decreases. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
