PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal ornament such as a bracelet, the diameter of which can be suitably adjusted to the diameter of the user's arm, the laminate width of which can be adjusted according to the user's preference, the whole width of which can be secured, and fasteners of which has an ornamental function for various designed forms. SOLUTION: The personal ornament such as the bracelet has a rope body 3 obtained by forming long magnetic member 1 with a proper length and a square cross section, bipolarizing the long member 1 along the length direction, and covering the outside surface of the long member 1 with thin film 2, the rope body 3 is wound into a spiral shape, so that the peripheral surfaces of the rope body 3 in a face-to-face contact state are attracted with bipolarity to form a personal ornament body 5 with a proper diameter and width, and ornamental fasteners 6 are fitted at proper positions in a width direction of the personal ornament body 5.
