<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly oily dry pellets for pisciculture having oil and fat as the raw material and freely adjusted hardness. <P>SOLUTION: The dry pellets comprise an ester compound obtained from at least one kind selected from the group consisting of propylene glycol, glycerol, sorbitan, pentaerythritol and diglycerine and arachidic acid and/or behenic acid, an ester compound containing at least one kind selected from the group consisting of a polyglyceryl fatty acid ester with an HLB of ≤3 and/or a sucrose fatty acid ester with an HLB of ≤3.
