METHOD FOR PROCESSING BIDENS PILOSA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method for Bidens pilosa to obtain a health tea easily and agreeably takable by anyone without lowering the characteristic drug efficacy of Bidens pilosa in contrast with conventional processed product giving some grassy smell when decocted in single state to raise some inconvenience for the active use of its drug effect component.

SOLUTION: The characteristic drug efficacy of Bidens pilosa is scarcely deteriorated by roasting the grass at ≥180°C. The product is deliciously takable by anyone by decocting as it is without correcting the taste and flavor.
