PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically coating a molded steel, or the like, with asphalt or the like. SOLUTION: A furnace body 2 heated with a burner 3 is provided in a melting storage tank 1 formed into a long size to place the long sized molded steel and a high viscous coating material housed in the tank 1 is controlled to have a prescribed temperature and viscosity. In the melting storage tank 1, a pair of the placing apparatuses provided with receiving rollers 13 rotated with a motor 12 are provided on both end parts. The molded steel, or the like, 25 has both ends each attached to a supporting tool having a shaft rod and is placed so as to dip a part or the whole by placing the shaft rod on the receiving rollers 13, 13.
