PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solutions in form of thin section like laminar flows to a mixing flow route from liquid supply routes for respective solutions by forming the liquid supply routes in the number equal to the number of the types of the solutions to be mixed even if there three or more types of solutions to be mixed. SOLUTION: A pair of liquid supply routes 36 and 102 are formed in the surface part 12A of a base plate 12 and combteeth-shaped micro-channel parts 40 and 106 in the pair of the liquid supply routes 36 and 102 are extended parallel to each other. Also, a pair of liquid supply routes 44 and 54 are formed in the rear face part 12B and combteeth-shaped micro-channel parts 48 and 58 in the pair of the liquid supply routes 44 and 54 are extended parallel to each other, too. Through parts 50 and 60 communicating from the bottom face parts of the micro-channel parts of 48 and 58 of the pair of the liquid supply routes 44 and 54 to a mixing flow route 64 are formed in the base plate 12.
