PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recording element unit of ink jet head in which adhesive is prevented flowing out to the lead of an electric wiring tape at the time of bonding the electric wiring tape to an element substrate. SOLUTION: Outer circumference of the recording element mounting face is bevelled on the surface of an element substrate being bonded with an electric wiring tape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
