PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold apparatus for injection molding capable of switching a molding cavity by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The mold apparatus for injection molding comprises sector-like to circular arc-like channels 15, 16 lowered at one step formed on a front surface side of an insert 11, and a passage 17 lowered at one step similarly formed between the channels 15 and 16. Here, the channel 15 communicates with a spool 5 via a runner 7 and the channel 16 communicates with the spool 5 via a runner 8. The insert 11 has a sector-like channel 18 lowered at one step formed to surround the hole 13 on a rear surface side of the insert 11.
