<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To presume an emotional degree of a user from sound information which is spoken by the user, and to develop a specified game based on the presumed emotional degree of the user. <P>SOLUTION: Based on a character string which is specified by a sound recognizing unit 102, the character string and a developing phrase are collated. Then, a specified key-word corresponding to the developing phrase is extracted from the character string. Based on the extracted key-word, an emotional degree held by the user to the key-word is presumed, and based on the presumed emotional degree; the game is advanced by an presumption engine 104.
