<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed board excellent in impact resistance and durability. <P>SOLUTION: The foamed board 10 has a shell layer 11 made of high density polyethylene, an inner foamed layer 12 made of high density polyethylene formed inside the shell layer 11, and a skin layer 13 made of an ethylene/vinyl acetate resin or an ionomer covering the single surface or both surfaces of the shell layer 11.
