<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and certainly manufacture a double-wall corrugated pipe equipped with a socket part having a predetermined shape free from deformation. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the double-wall corrugated pipe 1, which has an insertion port part 3 at one end thereof, has the socket part 2a at the other end thereof and comprises an outer wall 11 (21 and 31) having a continuous annular uneven shape and an inner wall 12 (22) having a cylindrical shape, by the extrusion molding of a thermoplastic resin, before the double-wall corrugated pipe 1 is cooled during the molding process, a needle 5 is thrust in the outer wall 21 of the socket part 2a to form a hole and the hollow chamber 23 of the socket part 2a is allowed to communicate with the atmosphere to certainly prevent the deformation of the outer wall 21 of the socket part 2b caused by the lowering of a temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
