<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust-gas cleaning device in which exhaust gas can be efficiently cleaned without increasing the amount of supply of ozone- containing gas and hydrogen peroxide solution by catalytically increasing an efficiency of formation of free radical species. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust-gas-cleaning device comprises a reaction section 1 for bringing exhaust gas into contact with ozone-containing gas, a gas-liquid mixing section 2 for ozone-containing gas and hydrogen peroxide solution, and a free radical-forming section 7, which is located between the reaction section and the gas-liquid mixing section, and filled with catalyst. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
