CRUSHED SAND SIZING MACHINE CAPABLE OF EFFICIENTLY MANUFACTURING FINE AGGREGATE FOR HIGH-QUALITY CONCRETE BY ROUNDING GRAIN SHAPE OF CRUSHED SAND BY RICE POUNDING EFFECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushed sand sizing machine capable of effectively manufacturing a fine aggregate for high-quality concrete by rounding the grain shape of crushed sand by a rice pounding effect. SOLUTION: The crushed sand sizing machine induces the rice pounding effect by intermeshing of mortars and pestle-like projections respectively separately attached to the surfaces of two steel columns. The crushed sand, waste crushed stone waste materials and crushed stone scrap of squarish granular shapes withdrawn into the mortars are chipped off of their angles by the rice pounding effect and are rounded in their grain shapes, by which the fine aggregate for the high-quality concrete having the round granular shapes is obtained.
