<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea of soybean curd refuse capable of contributing to relief for climacteric disorders, prevention of osteoporosis, decrease in risk of ariteriosclerosis or inhibition of propagation of tumors, having fragrance, and capable of being easily taken, and to provide a beverage containing the tea. <P>SOLUTION: This tea of the soybean curd refuse contains roasted soybean hypocotyls and the soybean curd refuse.
