PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buildup rack which facilitates the adjustment of intervals of rack boards thereof, the taking off of the rack boards and the disassembling of the rack without levelling the rack disassembled by a method wherein the plurality of rack boards are provided with tapered rack board mounting parts at four corners thereof that are laid and fastened on the tapered rack board holding members mounted on a plurality of steel pipe post materials and inserted sequentially from the upper ends of the posts at specified intervals to build it up. SOLUTION: Uneven parts with required shapes are arranged on the outer circumference walls of the tapered rack board holding members to weaken fastening forces by reducing contact area between the rack mounting parts and the rack holding members which are laid and fastened one upon another, and the upper end parts and the lower end parts of the outer circumference walls of the rack board holding members alone are made to contact the inner circumference walls of the rack board mounting parts so as to hinder fastening from occurring therebetween again even after the rack boards can not be kept horizontal due to the fastening once relaxed.
