LOW-EXPANSIVE BRAKE RUBBER HOSE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a slippage between reinforcing fibers of a first reinforcing layer can not be suppressed and so a brake rubber hose being low-expansive and excellent in durability can not be obtained. SOLUTION: An inner rubber tube is immersed forcibly in a tank of a thermosetting resin liquid of low viscosity so that the outer surface be coated with the thermosetting resin liquid. The first reinforcing layer is braided and thermosetting resin liquid is made to penetrate into the reinforcing fibers. An intermediate rubber layer is molded on the first reinforcing layer, a second reinforcing layer is braided on the outer surface of the intermediate rubber layer and an outer rubber tube is molded by extrusion on the outer surface of the second reinforcing layer. Subsequently, the inner rubber tube, the thermosetting resin and the outer rubber tube are hardened, and the whole of the first reinforcing layer is made an integral hardened layer having the fibers impregnated with the thermosetting resin by a vulcanizing process.
