PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of driving a leaf using compact and high accuracy reef driving structure and a driving device as well as a radiotherapy equipment. SOLUTION: In a plurality of leaves 15 which is formed in a way able to move a circular track along a guide via a gear transmitting mechanism 17, pressurization is always given to each of the leaves 15 by connecting a tensile spring 43 via a wire 41 to one end of this leaf 15.
