PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ophthalmic treatment equipment capable of suppressing the death of cells constituting the retina such as retinal nerve ganglion cells or the like by simple constitution.

SOLUTION: The ophthalmic treatment equipment has an electrode 1 arranged at a position capable of applying electric stimulation to cells constituting the retina and an electric stimulation pulse generation means 2 connected to the electrode to generate predetermined electric stimulation pulses from the electrode. The current value of the electric stimulation pulses is 20-300 μA.
