PURPOSE: An optical wave fixing device of a wave-length division multiplexing(WDM) system is provided to realize the alignment and the fixing of the filter with a minimum equipment. CONSTITUTION: An optical wave fixing device(100) of a wave-length division multiplexing(WDM) system includes a fixing member(110) for fixing on a predetermined semiconductor substrate, a rotating member(120) provided with a filter(130) and a control member. In the optical wave fixing device(100), the filter(130) is installed in such a way that it is rotated and moved. And, the control member controls the filter(130) in such a way that it obtains a desired wavelength by rotating the rotating member(120) installed on the fixing member(110) by a predetermined angle.
