PURPOSE: A water saving faucet is provided to economize in water by preventing the loss of water and to use sanitarily by preventing the inflow of impurities, bacteria, soil, etc. CONSTITUTION: The water saving faucet(1) comprises a discharge tank(3) provided with an air vent hole(31) and installed on the lower side of a pipe(2), a valve housing(4) provided with a valve(41) and installed on the lower center of the discharge tank(3), a plate piston(32) installed in the discharge tank(3), and a knob(5) installed on the top of the faucet(1) to control the plate piston(32) and the valve(41).
