PURPOSE: A decorative hanging plate and method for manufacturing the same is provided to simplify a manufacturing process, and to reduce production costs by using a mold and manufacturing the hanging plate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a decorative hanging plate comprises the steps of: preparing a raw plate(10) and a lower mold(13); fixing the raw plate on an upper mold(12); fixing the lower mold on a movable plate(14), and inputting plastic into a hopper(15); feeding the plastic to the lower mold; heating the plastic; injecting the plastic into a groove(11) formed at the raw plate; separating the lower mold from the upper mold; and separating the raw plate from the upper mold.
