FABRICATION METHOD OF MOLD FOR FISH-HOOK

PURPOSE: A fabrication method of mold for the fish-hook is provided to easily design mold for a certain shaped fish-hook by determining degree of elasticity recovery according to mold design program based on simple bending processing theory for the certain shaped fish-hook and forming a mold for the fish-hook. CONSTITUTION: The fabrication method of mold for fish-hook comprises a process (S100) of scanning a certain shaped fish-hook using a scanner; a process (S200) of producing a CAD drawing for the mold for fish-hook; and a process (S300) of fabricating the mold for the certain shaped fish-hook according to the CAD drawing, wherein the process (S200) comprises steps of inputting curved line data of the fish-hook; obtaining radius of curvature before elasticity recovery; designing curved surfaces of the mold considering elasticity recovery; fabricating the mold by combining each of the curved surfaces; judging whether curved lines of the designed mold are converged into curved surface of actually used mold; readjusting radius of the curved surface of the designed mold; producing file for fabricating a certain shaped mold; and forming a CAD drawing of mold for a certain shaped fish-hook, and wherein the process (S300) comprises the steps of processing a mold workpiece into rectangular material; performing processing by mounting a sample workpiece; forming a prototype using a mold; and fabricating a mold for a certain shaped fish-hook.
