DRIVING CIRCUIT OF SWITCHED RELUCTANCE MOTOR INCLUDING LOW PRICE CURRENT LIMITING CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A driving circuit of an SRM(Switched Reluctance Motor) including a low price current limiting circuit is provided to prevent the damage of the SRM due to an over current by detecting a current amount supplied to the SRM. CONSTITUTION: In state that the quantity of a current detected from a current detecting unit is over a predetermined value, a current limiting unit breaks a current that is supplied to a motor from a power supplying unit. The current limiting unit is comprised of a comparing unit(60), in case that the quantity of the current detected from the current detecting unit is over a reference value, for generating a signal, a switch unit(80) for breaking a continuous pulse signal that is generated from a control unit inputted to a modulating unit, and a charging unit(70), formed between the comparing unit(60) and the switch unit(80), for charging a predetermined voltage by a signal generated from the comparing unit(60).
