PURPOSE: A cellular phone informing of a receiving signal is provided to form a signal unit on one side of a cellular phone body, and to recognize a receiver's voice in a voice recognition sensor, thereby informing a cellular phone originator of the receiver's voice. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone(100) comprises as follows. A voice recognition sensor(120) is attached to one side of a cellular phone body(110), and recognizes a voice of a receiver. A signal unit(130) is formed on one side of the cellular phone body(110) in order to immediately inform the originator of the voice, if the voice recognition sensor(120) recognizes the voice of the receiver after an originator makes a call to the receiver.
