PURPOSE: A structure for radiating an electronic control unit of an automobile is provided to improve the efficiency of heat radiation by forming a plurality of radiation fins on a housing. CONSTITUTION: A circuit substrate(12) is provided on an inside of a housing(11). A lead of the circuit substrate(12) is electrically connected to an FET(Field Effect Transistor)(13). The FET(13) generates heat. An insulating layer(14) is interposed between the FET(13) and an inner side of the housing(11). A plurality of radiation fins(15) are formed on an outer surface and an upper surface of the inner side of the housing(11). Heat generated from the FET(13) is transferred to the inner side of the housing(11). The transferred heat is delivered to the radiation fins(15) and then radiated to outside of the housing(11) through a heat exchange mechanism.
