PURPOSE: An apparatus for economizing electricity is provided to reduce the electric power consumption by using a far infrared ray. CONSTITUTION: A metal or plastic housing(10) is coated with a ceramic layer(11) for emitting a rotating electronic wave at an inner wall and its waveguide through outside is broken out. An inner cover plate(20) is supported by an interval maintaining bar at an inner space of the housing(10) to absorb and emit repeatedly the rotating electronic wave emitted from the ceramic layer(11). A conductive plate(30) is provided on a support insulating plate(31) so that the rotating electronic wave penetrates at a free space between the inner cover plate(20) and a bottom plate. A wire(33) makes the rotating electronic wave flow out outside to connect it to a power bus. |
