PURPOSE: Provided is a processed food product of chicken meat which contains mulberry leaves as a functional material, maintaining its quality during storage, and being used for breakfast or a nutritional snack meal. CONSTITUTION: A processed food product of chicken meat containing 0.1-1.0 wt.% of mulberry leaves particularly consists of 70-80 wt.% of salted chicken meat, 0.1-1.0 wt.% of mulberry leaf powder, 9-11 wt.% of vegetables, and 9-10 wt.% of food additives. |
