PURPOSE: Provided is an artificial supplement equipped with a plastic jacket for a metallic main pole which promotes fixation on the bone, thereby helping early recovery of a patient. CONSTITUTION: The artificial supplement includes a metallic main pole(110) having a shape to be inserted and fixed into an insertion groove of the bone; and a plastic jacket(120) covered over the metallic main pole(110) to contact the inner side of the insertion groove of the bone. The plastic jacket(120) has binding promoter(120a) in a form of particles uniformly applied on the surface of the plastic jacket(120) to promote binding to the bone. The binding promoter comprises hydroxyapatite or tricalcium phosphate. The metallic main pole(110) is formed of cobalt-chromium alloy.
