PURPOSE: A water guide for a cold and hot water system is provided to supply potable and clean water by preventing infiltration of dust or bacteria with sealing the water tank, and to use safely by restricting overflowing of edible water in cracking the water container. CONSTITUTION: A water guide is installed in the upper part of a water tank of a water system body, and composed of an assembling part protruded in the center of a body, an overflow pipe installed in the assembling part and an air filter(16) combined with an upper and lower separation wall. A rubber packing is fitted around the body, and a check valve including a float(24) is formed in an operating chamber(23) placed in a valve body(22) including a through hole(21). The check valve is mounted in the lower part of the air filter, and the passage of the air filter is opened and closed by the float.
