METHOD FOR FABRICATING OPTICAL DISK

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an optical disk is provided to uniformly coat a light transmission layer on a disk without using a separate cover. CONSTITUTION: A spindle jig(10) that has a rotation axis(12) at the center and is made of an inadhesive material is prepared. A resin(17) is put on the surface of the spindle jig. A substrate(20) is placed on the resin with a recording film(25) of the substrate facing the resin, and the substrate is spun, to form a light transmission layer. The substrate on which the light transmission layer is formed is separated from the spindle jig. The inadhesive material is one of Teflone-S, PIFA, Teflon PTEE(Polytetrafluoroethylene) and FEP(Fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer).
