PURPOSE: Artificial loess gravel for construction is provided to reduce inter layer noise in an apartment house, to economize in energy by heightening adiabatic effects, and to prevent environmental pollution using loess. CONSTITUTION: The artificial loess gravel for construction comprises the steps of molding loess clay, then compressing and manufacturing in a gravel-shaped mold with great strength, and drying and removing moisture. The construction method using the artificial loess gravel comprises the steps of placing loess mortar(5) instead of cement mortar on a concrete bottom of an apartment house, spreading artificial loess gravel(4) together with heating pipes, then placing loess mortar(5) and covering with lining oilpaper(3).
